Is this self-paced, or are there live calls?

It’s fully self-paced — every lesson is pre-recorded and yours for life. The Heirloom Intensive tier also includes one scheduled 60-minute 1-on-1 Zoom with Philip once you’ve worked through the course.

What gear do I need?

Module 1 covers Philip’s exact kit — a Nikon Z7ii, a 50mm f/1.8, a Profoto A10 flash and softbox — and gives a budget alternative for every line item (Godox flashes, cheaper backdrops, and more). You don’t need his exact setup to get the look.

I already shoot professionally. Do I need the full course?

Maybe not. The Heirloom Edit tier is built for photographers who already have clients and a camera they know — it’s the editing core (the look) without the client-communication, pricing, and business modules. If you want the whole workflow including how Philip prices and packages heirlooms, choose the Intensive.

What software does the edit use?

Lightroom and Photoshop for the edit, Photo Mechanic for culling, and Pic-Time for gallery delivery. Module 1 walks through the full stack and what each one is for. The course includes Philip’s Lightroom preset as a download.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime. Once you enroll, the lessons and downloads are yours — including any future updates to the course.

What’s your refund policy?

A 14-day money-back guarantee. As long as you’ve watched less than 30% of the lessons, you can request a full refund within 14 days, no hard feelings.

How do I pay?

A single one-time payment through Stripe — secure checkout, all major cards. No subscription, no recurring fees.

Can the heirloom setup be used for other kinds of photography?

Yes — and the Intensive’s bonus module (“Beyond the Heirloom”) shows exactly how. The same lighting setup works for corporate headshots, food and restaurant work, and golden-years portraits; only the edit changes.
